Parents and children new to Los Angeles Unified School District will find the weekly bell schedule different from many used in other parts of the United States. Here at Topanga Elementary Tuesdays and Thursdays are “bank days”, which permit staff and faculty to do planning, professional development and other non-teaching school functions.
