Having an Student related issue?
Step 1: Schedule an appointment with your teacher. Fill out the light blue “Request for Teacher Communication” form from the office or download below. Put it in his/her mailbox, or communicate through email.
Step 2: Schedule an appointment to meet with your teacher and child.
Step 3: If you feel the issue needs further attention, schedule an appointment with the Principal and your teacher. Fill out the goldenrod “Conference Request” form located in the office or download below and place it in the clear box on the Principal’s door.

We are striving to respond to parental/visitor questions, concerns, information, etc. in a timely manner. As a Charter school that operates under “shared governance”, we are very fortunate to have many support people who can also help you. In order to direct your “request” to the appropriate person, we ask that you complete this form and leave it with our office staff. You will be contacted by the appropriate person as soon as possible.

Fill out this form to schedule an appointment with your teacher. Fill out the “Request for Teacher Communication” form and put it in his/her mailbox, or communicate through email.
Address School Site Issues
- Write a letter with your concern and give it to the office staff.
- The office staff will contact you with the answer or suggest another course of action.
- Attend the appropriate Leadership Committee meeting. Please confirm the schedule with the school calendar for specific dates and times.
Below is a list of our Leadership Committees and sample issues each may address:
- Safety and Facilities: Pick up or drop off; initiation of a school wide recycling program
- Long Range Planning: Garden Expansion, updating yards
- Curriculum: Ideas to enrich our curriculum; presentation of new programs for possible
- Technology: Maintain cutting edge technology on campus; beautify or upgrade our library
